    Stony Plain Town Office is getting ready to reopen its doors. Beginning August 31, Town Office will be open and resume normal business hours to the public with physical distancing guidelines in place.

    Alberta Transportation’s (AT) Highway 779 construction project has begun work in the back lanes on the east side of 48 Street. The back lanes between 56 Avenue and 54 Avenue have been excavated, graveled, and reopened to traffic on a gravel surface.

The goal is to create and maintain inclusive and welcoming dementia-friendly environments within the Tri Region by bringing together Community Champion Connector volunteers with people living with dementia and their carepartners for social engagement opportunities from September 2020 to December 2020.
